Product Usage Condition

1-Jointing Point

Length of our products are 240 cm. they joint to another two jointing pieces. Wide of 5 cm to 20 cm products (NBPXXXXX and ABPXXXXX) joints together with M6 screww sets. Must be used four screw sets per jointing pieces. Expect for that, Larger than product of wide 20 cm , must be used to joint jointing pieces (MBPXXXXX ). MBPXXXXX is used for cable ladder. And than, For that the Jointing pieces (MBPXXXXX)  is applied six screw sets.

2-For high edge 10 cm , you must use additional four screw sets.

3- jointing pieces not used For 90 °C Horizontal bends, Tee Bends, Cross Elbows.

4-Jointing pieces is used to for Vertical Tee Connector and Vertical inside & Outside bends.

5- Recommended support interval is 1,5 mt.

6-We recommended suitable support systems according to the load and application. For example ; While  wall bracket is made of 2 mm2 was carrying 500 N/m load,  the wall bracket is made of 1,5 mm2 was 400 N/m load. And you must select correct unit for the same purpose. For example, PTAE30  thickness is 3.0 mm. And used for hanging purpose.The hanging part PTME30 is 3.0 mm2 thichkness too. But While PTMA30 is carrying 900 N/m, PTME30 is carrying 300 N/M. The other Example, while 400ADK20 is carrying 900 N/m ,  400DK20 is carrying 500 N/m. Either of part is same thickness and same length (wide cable tray)  but it is used different purpose. Either of them 400ADK20 is produced for heavy-duty load condition, but 400DK20 is produced standart load conditions.
