Membership Agreement

Membership Contract

1. This Membership Contract (shall be hereafter referred to as CONTRACT) has been concluded between the web site “www.yilsa.com.tr” which is operated by Yıldız Endüstriyel araştırma merkezi san ve tic ltd (shall be hereafter referred to as SHOPPING SITE) and all real or legal entities and institutions which are members to the mentioned web site for purchasing service or product (shall be hereafter referred to as USER or USERS) during the registration of members.

2. It is necessary to completely fill in the compulsory blanks of the membership form in order to register to the SHOPPING SITE. The USER who applies for membership shall unconditionally contract the truth of the information transmitted into this form. While inputting any information into Membership application form, it is compulsory that the clauses demanded within the information form are completed without any defect, in a true and explicit manner.

3. Unless otherwise stated, the prices to be received against the services and products on the SHOPPING SITE shall be calculated and collected in USD ($) currency.

4. Yıldız Endüstriyel araştırma merkezi san ve tic ltd may change the prices of the services and products without any prior notification.

5. The pictures of the services / products indicated on the SHOPPING SITE may differ comparing to the original form. For more detail or when you fall into a suspect, you can call the customer care for the relevant product. Sometimes, due to the problems about display area, products with different images that can have the same functionality under the same category may be displayed under the same picture. For example the product with height h: 4 cm has one hole in the side when the same type of product with height h: 10 cm has two holes.

6. Yıldız Endüstriyel araştırma merkezi san ve tic ltd has the right to amend or alter the CONTRACT in a one-sided manner.

7. Yıldız Endüstriyel araştırma merkezi san ve tic ltd has the right and authority to terminate the memberships of any USER desired, without declaring any reason for this.

8. Yıldız Endüstriyel araştırma merkezi san ve tic ltd accepts no liability for any results that may arise in case, due to any attack to be made towards the data base, the membership information are abused by vicious persons and in case these are used for bad intentions.

9. The USERS shopping from the SHOPPING SITE declares that they have read and accepted the “Sales Contract” which is necessary to perform in trades which are performed over the internet.
10. Courts of Turkish Republic are authorized to govern any conflict.
This General Principles of Membership consists of ten (10) articles and are binding upon the parties within the same framework.
