ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and liabilities of the parties for the sales and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales prices are determined below, which the BUYER has made order on SELLER's internet site: www.yilsa.com.tr  in electronic media.

ARTICLE 3- INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCT/PAYMENT/DELIVERY MENTIONED WITHIN THE CONTRACT

The type, amount, sales price, payment terms of the product / products to be received in electronic media and the person to receive these, delivery address, invoice information, cargo fee are as follows.

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1- www.yilsa.com.tr shall not be responsible for any wrong prices arising from composition and system errors.

5.2- BUYER, declares that he/she has read, understood the fundamental specifications, sales price, and payment terms and preliminary information in respect with the delivery, for the products subject to the contact in the web site: www.yilsa.com.tr and also declares that  he/she grants the necessary verification.

5.4- The parties shall determine the delivery and payment conditions for the product in a mutual basis. After this agreement is verified by the parties in a written manner, the BUYER is sent an ORDER VERIFICATION mail and then the production is started. The BUYER shall not have to renounce after this stage.

5.6- For the product return, the situation must be forwarded to the customer care service firstly. The information about the returning of the product are given to the customer by www.yilsa.com.tr authorities.

ARTICLE 6- GOVERNING COURTS

This contract shall be governed by courts of Turkish republic.

When the order realizes, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all of the conditions of this contract.

6 - Dollar based prices are only valid out of Turkey. TL based prices are valid in Turkey. Discount rates can vary according to the terms of sales.
